Dick Handshaw has a long and distinguished career in the business world. Dick founded Handshaw, Inc. in 1985 and has served as its Chairman since then. In 2006, they became a Board Member for the Bank of Commerce. Most recently, they served as the Past and Founding President of the ISPI - Charlotte, NC Chapter from 2010 until the present.

Dick Handshaw attended Alfred University from 1967 to 1972, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography. Dick then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1978 to 1979, where they studied Instructional Systems Technology.
