Monne Williams serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Handshake since July 2023, following a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company from September 2012 to July 2023, where roles included Partner, Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Associate, beginning as a Summer Associate in June 2011. Previously, Monne held key positions with the Boston Red Sox from June 2006 to July 2010, focusing on marketing management and diversity initiatives, and also completed a licensing internship at Roush Fenway Racing in 2005. Monne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology and African American Studies from Duke University.
