Heather Sacree is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in people programs and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of People Programs at Handshake since January 2022, Heather has successfully orchestrated cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and foster a collaborative culture. Prior to this role, Heather was the People Strategy & Projects Manager at Carta, where a diverse portfolio of cross-functional People projects was led to support the company's Core People objectives. Earlier career positions include People Operations Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator at Inland Hills Church, as well as Director of Operations/Chief of Staff at St. Jude Medical Center and Manager of Fundraising Events at St. Jude Medical Center. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies & English, both from California Baptist University.
