Emily Johnsen is an experienced Relationship Manager at Handshake, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a cloud-based career management platform as well as mentoring new team members and collaborating on strategic initiatives across multiple offices. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Lead User Researcher and Project Lead for user experience projects at the University of York, focusing on user-centered design and research methodologies. Additional experience includes acting as a Community Events Coordinator to enhance student engagement through volunteering initiatives and serving as Assistant Shop Manager at C F Jackson's Family Butchers. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology in Education accredited by the British Psychological Society from the University of York.
