Mark Lane has held various positions in the software engineering field since 2001. In 2014, they joined Turn5, Inc.| AmericanMuscle.Com as a Senior Software Engineer. Two years later, they began working at Veteran Based Solutions LLC - SecureUs as a Principal Developer and Co-Founder & CIO. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Software Engineering at HandsFree Health, where they are responsible for creating an AI healthcare assistant to help consumers with medical and insurance expertise in products such as Smart Speakers, PERs Pendants and Smart Watches.

Mark Lane received their B.A. in Management of Information Systems from Eastern University in 2009. Prior to that, they attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2003, studying Chemistry and Biology. Mark also attended Chubb Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a Certification in Business Web Development and Database Programming. Additionally, they attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2000.
