Arthur Engel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience across various roles, currently serving as the Interim CISO at Handpicked since January 2024. Engel holds dual partnerships at Good News and Unlock mobile agency, effective January 2023, while also contributing as the CTO at BeeSafe.io since April 2020. Previously, Engel was the Managing Director and Partner at E-sites Digital Agency from September 2004 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing overall technology and product development as well as leading teams for web and mobile solutions. Engel began a career in technology as a Fullstack / Backend Developer and later advanced to roles such as Technical Manager and Product Manager, showcasing a progressive trajectory in technical expertise and leadership. Engel earned a degree in Higher Informatics from Hogeschool Brabant from 1999 to 2005.
