Helena Mooney is a highly experienced parenting professional, currently serving as a Certified Aware Parenting Instructor at The Aware Parenting Institute since April 2014, where private consultations and parenting groups are facilitated. Additionally, Helena holds the role of Parenting by Connection Instructor at Hand in Hand Parenting and has been a Doula with the Australian Doula College since February 2011. Helena is the Founder and Director of Birth & Parenting, established in January 2011. Previous experience includes working as a Marketing Manager at Showbiz from January 2002 to July 2008. Helena Mooney earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Exeter from 1992 to 1995.
