Joshua Sheffield, CWDP, has extensive experience in workforce development, having served as the Emerging Workforce Internship Coordinator and Business Services Coordinator at Hampton Roads Workforce Council since May 2022. Prior to this, Joshua worked with the Commonwealth of Virginia from November 2016 to May 2022 as a Program Admin Specialist focused on youth program recruitment. Joshua also held roles with the State of Nebraska as a Workforce Coordinator and State Veteran Employment and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities included job search assistance and employer liaison activities. Military service includes a tenure with the US Army, culminating in a District HR Manager position. Joshua earned a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Trident University International.
