Sheri Gill Dixon, ABD, currently serves as the Director of Revenue for Hampton Roads Transit since October 2015, overseeing a revenue portfolio for a $95+ million transit authority. Prior to this role, Sheri was the CEO of Dixon Financial Group, LLC, from January 2006 to January 2022, providing financial management tools to enhance business growth. Additional experience includes positions such as Finance/Plant Controller at KRISS USA, Inc., Vice President/General Manager at BRAX LTD, and CFO roles at both McKenzie Baker Interiors and Benziger Family Winery. Sheri’s career began with the U.S. Coast Guard, where responsibilities included managing accounting activities and preparing financial statements. Educational qualifications include ongoing PhD studies in Public Administration and Policy at Old Dominion University, a Master’s in Accounting/Taxation from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Sonoma State University.
