Mark Elston has extensive experience in the lumber and forest products industry, currently serving as Plant Manager for both the Tillamook Lumber Division and Fort Hill Lumber Division at Hampton Affiliates since July 2002. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Plant Manager at Weyerhaeuser from June 2001 to August 2002, following a hostile takeover of Willamette Industries. Mark's career began at Willamette Industries, where various roles included Plant Manager, Sawmill Superintendent, Sawmill Supervisor, and Plywood Supervisor, spanning from December 1984 to June 2001 at the Dallas, OR Sawmill and Plywood Complex. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Forest Products Operations Management from Oregon State University between 1981 and 1984.
