Joe Frazee is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience working at Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR) since September 2005. Prior to that, Joe held the position of Principal Engineer at Lake County Planning, Building & Development Department from May 1997 to August 2005. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1990-1994) and a Master of Science (MS) in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech (1994-1996).
