Matt Nelson is a proficient building surveyor with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Waikato Building Surveyors since January 2018 and at Hampton Jones since October 2015, focusing on commercial building surveying, including technical due diligence and maintenance planning. Previously, Matt served as a registered building surveyor and building surveyor at covekinloch from January 2011 to October 2015, and as a senior property officer at Waikato Regional Council from January 2009 to December 2010. Matt holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Surveying from the College of Estate Management in the UK and received education at Emerson Park from 1985 to 1989.
