Peggy Vance is a distinguished arts professional with extensive experience in theatre and publishing. As Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Stellar Theatre since August 2019, Peggy developed a pioneering digital and in-real-life theatre concept. Peggy also serves on the Ministry of Justice London Magistrates Advisory Committee, focusing on candidate recruitment and data assessment. With a strong background at Hampstead Theatre as an advisor, Peggy has contributed to growth strategies and fundraising initiatives. Peggy previously held the position of Category Publisher at DK within Penguin Random House, producing renowned non-fiction titles. Additional leadership roles include founding The Writing Bureau and ReadFirst Ltd, managing Apollo Publishing Ltd, and working as a commissioning editor at Thames & Hudson. Peggy Vance holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and additional training in counselling, acting, and art.
