Jess Woodward-Jones is a seasoned professional in the arts and mentoring sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder at Vizzy since October 2022, addressing the challenges faced by young people and businesses due to outdated recruitment practices. In addition to this role, Jess has been a Youth Mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation's Aspiring Professionals Programme since April 2024, providing 1:1 mentorship in career development. As a Board Member and Marketing and Communications Director at Hampstead Theatre since March 2011, Jess oversees marketing strategies, audience development, and box office performance for various theatrical productions, including live-streaming initiatives. Jess began the career journey as a Graduate Trainee and held roles including Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer at Cambridge Arts Theatre before completing an MA in Producing at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a BA in Drama from the University of Exeter.
