Molly H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Molly started their career as a Library Page at Memorial Hall Library in 2004 and later worked at Bailey Howe Library as a Library Page. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Quality Control Representative at Gentle Giant Moving Company. In 2008, they became a Resident Advisor at the University of Vermont, a position they held until 2010. Molly then worked as an Associate at Home Transition Resource, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they served as a Social Work Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire and Center for Life Management, respectively. In 2011, they began their career at Hampstead Hospital, starting as a Counselor, then transitioning to a Social Worker, and eventually becoming the Director of Admissions in 2023.

Molly H. pursued their education by attending the University of Vermont from 2006 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their educational journey at the University of New Hampshire from 2013 to 2016. During that time, Molly obtained a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree, specializing in the field of Social Work.
