Simon Ep possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Reservations Manager at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa since May 2016. Over the years, Simon has held various positions within the resort, including Assistant Front Office Manager, Group Housing Supervisor, Group Sales Coordinator, Front Office Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at Thai Korner from November 2014 to January 2016. Simon holds an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Daytona State College, completed between 2016 and 2018.
