Adam Novak serves as the Vice President at Hammes, a real estate solutions platform specializing in healthcare and institutional clients, since February 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Hill International, Inc., including Senior Project Executive, from March 2016 to February 2021. Adam's career in project management began at Lend Lease (US) Construction, Inc., where roles included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, from October 2010 to February 2016. Earlier experience at Lend Lease involved positions from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager from June 2006 to September 2010. Adam holds a degree in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
