Kayli Rodriguez is an experienced hospitality and service professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Hamister Group, LLC since March 2019, Kayli has also held roles as Front Office Manager and Front Desk Agent within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Guest Service Agent at the National Comedy Center from August 2018 to April 2019, where Kayli focused on enhancing guest experiences. Additionally, Kayli contributed to the YWCA USA as a Group Leader and Interim Site Coordinator between December 2017 and June 2018, and served as the Lead Tutor at CHAUTAUQUA STRIDERS, INC. from June 2016 to December 2017.
