Jay Tan is currently a Field Service & Support Engineer at Hamilton Thorne. Prior to this, they worked as a Field Service Engineer Level II at CooperGenomics from January 2020 to February 2022. There, they provided service, maintenance, calibration, and validation of all IVF instruments, as well as performed final installation services at customer locations throughout North America.
