Ed Shippey has a robust background in technical training and field service within the fitness equipment industry. Currently serving as a Field Commissioning Technician at Hamilton Storage since October 2020, Ed previously held the position of Field Technical Training Specialist at Life Fitness from February 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included training technicians on equipment diagnosis and repair, as well as creating training documentation and managing schedules. Prior to that, Ed was a Domestic Service Trainer at Cybex International from April 2002 to October 2020, overseeing the training and certification of independent service providers and in-house technicians while maintaining the training schedule and curriculum. Educational credentials include attendance at Northeastern University.
