Bradley Farman is an experienced professional in after-sales support and field services, currently serving as the After Sales Territory Manager and Field Service Engineer at Hamilton Storage since March 2022, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in Japan through installation and maintenance of automated sample management freezers. Prior to this role, Bradley worked as a Field Services Engineer at Lasertec Corporation from February 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating installation activities and maintaining EUV reticle inspection tools. Bradley also gained experience as a Process Engineering Intern at DENSO, focusing on cycle time reduction and quality improvement during a summer internship in 2019. A graduate of Montana State University-Bozeman, Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
