Natalie Paddon is an experienced journalist and assignment editor, currently serving at The Hamilton Spectator since October 2015, after starting there as a reporter. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a reporter for Queen's Park Briefing and Brant News, as well as a freelance reporter for multiple outlets, including CBC Hamilton. Additional experience includes internships and positions at various organizations, such as CHRW, Rogers TV, and McMaster University, where Natalie developed strong skills in story pitching, interviewing, editing, and producing multimedia content. Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Cultural Studies from McMaster University.
