Mohanned A. Babiker has a consistent work experience in the field of biomedical engineering. Mohanned began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Biomedical Engineer at Wad Medani Heart Diseases & Surgery Centre. After a few months, they moved to Orthopedic surgery and injuries hospital, where they served as a Bio-medical Engineer and Services Engineer. During this time, they operated and serviced hospital machines and medical equipment, used biomedical engineering principles to provide recommendations to users, and evaluated and proposed solutions for problems. In 2014, Mohanned joined DePuy Synthes Companies as a Biomedical Engineer. In this role, they installed new equipment, repaired breakdowns, performed technical tests, provided technical support to users, and conducted inspections and calibrations for different types of equipment. Mohanned's most recent position is with Hamilton Medical, where they currently work as a Biomedical Engineer.

Mohanned A. Babiker obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology. Mohanned enrolled in the program in 2006 and successfully completed their studies in 2011.
