Software Engineer at Hamilton Medical

Franz Peschel has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and consulting. Franz started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Koblenz-Landau, where they focused on real-time rendering and computer graphics. Franz then joined Daimler AG as a Trainee and worked on developing software modules to support factory planning processes and assembly comparisons using augmented reality.

Afterwards, Peschel became an IT Consultant at Daimler Protics GmbH, where they continued their work in software development and consulting until 2016. From 2013 onwards, they worked as a Freelance IT Consultant and Software Developer at FP-Consulting. In 2016, they became a Managing Partner at ThinkDev GmbH, where they played a leadership role in the company.

Most recently, Peschel joined Hamilton Medical as a Software Engineer in 2020. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in software engineering, IT consulting, and managing projects.

Franz Peschel began their education in 2003 at Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied physics until 2004. Franz then transferred to the University of Koblenz and Landau in 2005 and completed their studies in Computer Science, with a focus on Computervisualistik, in 2010. During their time at the University of Koblenz and Landau, Franz obtained a Diploma in Computer Science (Computervisualistik). In terms of additional certifications, they became a Divemaster through Scuba Schools International in June 2017 and obtained the Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org in November 2014. Additionally, they achieved a Diploma in Computer Science (Computervisualistic) from the University of Koblenz-Landau (Campus Koblenz) in September 2010.
