Alaitz Etxebarria's work experience includes a role as Sales Director Europe at Hamilton Medical, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as Head of Sales and Marketing at Fesia Technology from June 2020 to January 2023. Alaitz also worked as an International Key Account Manager Automotive at Gureak from August 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they held various positions at Focke Meler Gluing Solutions, including Regional Sales Director, Director of Sales, Back Office Manager, and Deputy Sales Director for Iberia/LATAM from October 2018 to August 2019. Alaitz also worked as an Export Area Manager Europe at Novatech ApS from September 2014 to August 2017, and as an Export Area Manager LATAM at Elevadores Goian from November 2012 to November 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator at Villa Olmo from January 2012 to August 2012, and as an Export Manager at Alfa Hogar from November 2009 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Manager Northern Mexico at S21sec from June 2007 to June 2009, and as a Project Manager at Gonvarri Steel Services from February 2006 to May 2007.

Alaitz Etxebarria has a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Deusto. Alaitz also holds a Master's degree in Finance from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, which was completed in 2003.
