Douglas Ford is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operational due diligence, private equity, and hedge fund solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Operational Due Diligence at Hamilton Lane since October 2023, Douglas previously held multiple vice president roles at Morgan Stanley from August 2008 to November 2023. Earlier in career, Douglas worked as an accountant at Cohen & Co Financial Management LLC and gained experience in fund accounting at SEI Investments. Douglas earned an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and holds a degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
