Victoria Hales serves as the Coordinator of Gap Closure Programs within the Hamilton County Department of Education since October 2020 and also works as a Counselor for the Global Counseling Network since September 2022. Previously, Victoria held the role of Chattanooga Chapter Coordinator and Counselor at Safe Families for Children from June 2017 to May 2020 and served as a School-Based Therapist at Centerstone from December 2014 to May 2017, providing services at The Howard School, Tyner Middle Academy, and Hardy Elementary. Victoria began their career as a Crisis Counselor at The Center for Women and Families from February 2012 to June 2014. Victoria Hales holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the Psychological Studies Institute.
