Sarah Quinn is a Procurement Team Manager at Hamilton City Council since November 2022, following a role as a Procurement Advisor at Waikato District Council from June 2021 to October 2021, where the focus was on improving council-wide procurement processes. Prior to that, Sarah served as the Procurement Manager at Waikato District Council from December 2017 to March 2021. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with Honours in Strategic Management and Marketing from The University of Waikato, earned from 1999 to 2002.
