Kaushie Paldano is a Senior Financial Accountant at Hamilton City Council since May 2023, following experience as an Assistant Accountant at Marley NZ from April 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Kaushie held multiple roles at KPMG New Zealand, including Assistant Manager and Auditor, from July 2018 to March 2021, and worked as an HR Administration Assistant at Massey University from October 2017 to June 2018. Kaushie's career began at KPMG Sri Lanka as an Audit Associate from November 2014 to October 2016, progressing from Trainee Associate to Associate One in Audit. Kaushie holds qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Robert Gordon University, and Massey University, culminating in a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration and Management.
