James Caan CBE is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the recruitment and advisory sectors. As Chairman of Recruitment Entrepreneur since January 2014, Caan focuses on providing seed capital to help small and start-up businesses achieve significant growth. In addition, Caan is the Founder of Hamilton Bradshaw Group, established in September 2004, specializing in management advisory services and tailored support for service-based businesses seeking rapid expansion. Previously, Caan founded the executive headhunting firm Alexander Mann in 1985, leading the company to a turnover of £130 million before its sale in 2002, with operations across Australia, Europe, and Asia. Caan holds an education from Harvard Business School.
