Zoritsa O'Neill has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador for Soma until 2013. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Store Manager and Executive Assistant at Ambiente Moderno, where they handled official correspondence and organized the CEO's agenda. In 2014, they became a Boutique Manager for francesca's®, responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

In 2016, Zoritsa joined H&M as a Flagship Manager and Leadership Coach, overseeing a team of 35 employees and ensuring high levels of productivity and customer service. Zoritsa remained in this role until 2019.

Zoritsa then transitioned to Crate and Barrel, where they served as an Operations Manager from 2019 to 2020. In this position, they implemented improvements in invoicing accuracy and productivity, hired and evaluated personnel, and monitored sales activities.

Following this, they joined Office Depot as a Category Specialist from 2020 to 2022. Their responsibilities included preparing reports, setting pricing strategies, managing product lifecycle, and supporting product launches.

Most recently, Zoritsa worked as an Assistant Category Merchant for CVS, under a contract position with Aquent from July 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they collaborated with the Senior Category Manager to execute category strategies, conducted competitive analysis, and created content strategies.

Currently, they hold a position at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. as an Ecommerce Sales Operations professional, starting in March 2023.

Zoritsa O'Neill pursued their education with a focus on Sociology. From 2009 to 2013, they attended the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Prior to that, in 2008 and 2009, they attended Lynn University, concentrating on Communication and Media Studies without completing a degree.
