Xavier Becker has a strong work history, starting in 2012 as a Shop Foreman at VCU Machine Shop. Xavier then went on to work as a Product Development Intern at United Equipment Corporation in 2013. In 2014, they were a Contractor at MeadWestvaco before transitioning to a Testing and Reliability Engineer role at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. Xavier later moved up to the position of Rapid Prototype Design Engineer at the same company.

Xavier Becker's education journey started in 2006 when they attended William & Mary, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government, completing their studies in 2010.

Afterward, in 2010, Xavier continued their education at Northern Virginia Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering. Xavier completed their studies there in 2011.

Seeking further knowledge in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Xavier enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. Xavier pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed their studies in 2014.

Throughout their educational journey, Xavier's focus shifted from Political Science and Government to Engineering, ultimately specializing in the Mechanical Engineering field.
