Kelly Waldrip has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kelly started their career at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. in 1999 as a Distribution Specialist, a role they held until 2014. In 2016, Kelly joined North American Electric Motors as a Customer Service Sales Representative, where they worked until 2017. Kelly then co-founded Power of Three Ministries in 2014, an evangelistic ministry focused on helping those struggling with addiction. In 2018, Kelly returned to Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. as an Inventory Cycle Counter, before being promoted to Distribution Specialist and then to their current position as a DC Operations Supervisor in 2021.

Kelly Waldrip attended Northwest Mississippi Community College from 2000 to 2002. During this time, Kelly studied Computer Science. No degree was specified.
