Louise More is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in labour relations and human resources management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Halton Regional Police Service since February 2022, Louise previously held positions at the Town of Oakville as a Sr. Consultant in Employee and Labour Relations and at the City of Brampton in various roles including Labour Relations Manager and Sr. Labour Relations Advisor. Earlier career experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, as well as a GSA/Accounting & Payroll Assistant at Radisson. Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Employment Relations from the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College.
