Cheryl McCabe has over 18 years of experience in the housing sector, currently serving as Neighbourhood Manager at Halton Housing since August 2011. In this role, Cheryl delivers services and manages teams focused on social impact, customer engagement, tenancy management, and anti-social behavior. Previously, as Social Impact and Customer Engagement Manager, Cheryl developed the tenant engagement strategy and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Cheryl has led initiatives to enhance tenant voice and community cohesion while managing corporate volunteering programs and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Cheryl held positions including Head of Customer Services, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring quality service delivery and managing tenant feedback.
