Nick Cloete is an accomplished entrepreneur and director with extensive experience in the tech and commerce sectors. As the founder of HaltH since March 2023, Nick Cloete focuses on enhancing health connectivity. Nick Cloete also serves as the director of Cloete Group, established in January 2020, where the emphasis is on investing in impactful people and projects. Previously, Nick Cloete held an executive position at Lightspeed HQ from November 2019 to December 2021, contributing to a leading commerce platform for retail and hospitality. Prior to this, Nick Cloete founded and successfully sold Kounta, a company that specialized in innovative retail solutions, to Lightspeed after its establishment in July 2012. Nick Cloete also launched Letabox, an online postal mail service, in July 2011. Educationally, Nick Cloete completed high school at St Alban's College and studied business at the University of Pretoria.
