Vanessa Regina de Oliveira is a professional with extensive experience in planning, budgeting, and cost control within the construction industry. Currently serving as Gerente de Planejamento, Orçamento e Controle de Custo at Halsten Incorporadora since April 2024, Vanessa previously held multiple roles at Construtora Laguna from January 2013 to April 2024, including Gerente de Planejamento, Custo e Qualidade, Coordenadora de Planejamento e Custo, and Analista Planejamento e Controle. Earlier experience includes various internship positions in construction and research at companies such as Ct-Vias, Construtora Morval, and Universidade Federal do Paraná. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
