Scott Habicht, MS, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott started their career in 1996 as an Operations employee at TEKsystems and then moved on to SkillSoft, where they worked as a Sales Engineer for seven years. In 2002, they started their own photography business called Talon Photography, which they ran until 2016. During that time, they also owned and managed Independent Beers from 2011 to 2016.

In 2006, Scott joined Port25 Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Operations. Scott played a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base outside of the USA and Canada. Scott exceeded sales targets every year and managed multiple business functions. Scott also performed all sales engineering duties, including international travel when required. Scott worked at Port25 Solutions for a total of 17 years until February 2023.

In 2016, Scott joined SparkPost as a Solutions Engineer. Scott was later promoted to Senior Manager of Technical Support, Director of Support, and ultimately Senior Director of Support. In these roles, they oversaw customer support for multiple brands, managed international teams, set KPIs, and mentored staff. Scott left SparkPost in January 2023.

Scott's most recent position is as the Vice President of North American Customer Operations at Halon, starting in April 2023. Scott concurrently serves as an Advisor at BitShifters, starting in February 2023.

Overall, Scott has a strong background in sales, operations, customer support, and leadership positions in the technology and service industries.

Scott Habicht holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Scott also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology Project Management from the same institution. Prior to that, Scott completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition to their formal education, Scott has acquired several certifications, including "Docker - SWARM | SERVICES | STACKS - Hands-on" and "Docker Training Course for the Absolute Beginner" from KodeKloud. Scott has also obtained certifications in "Fostering Innovation," "Women in Leadership," "Build Your Attention-to-Detail Skills," and "Develop, Motivate, and Retain Employees" from LinkedIn.
