Pearl Shu is an experienced professional in growth strategy, monetization, and investment, currently serving as an Operating Advisor at Halogen Ventures and as an Angel Investor with The Council. Prior roles include Director of Growth & Monetization at Dropbox, Associate Director of Monetization & New Business Strategy at Spotify, and Senior Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Namely. Additionally, Pearl has a background in management consulting with Kearney and investment banking at Citi. An InSITE Fellow and startup mentor, Pearl possesses a BA in Politics and International Relations from Princeton University and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
