Vince Sebald has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Vince began their career in 1993 as Director of Engineering at Alliance Pharmaceuticals. In 2003, they moved to IMCOR Pharmaceuticals Co. as Senior Director of Operations, where they were responsible for direction of engineering, manufacturing, validation, materials management, facility maintenance, environmental health and safety, and information technologies. In 2005, they joined Amylin Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director of Facilities Engineering, where they were responsible for management of calibration and facilities maintenance groups and provided engineering and automation support for construction of facilities. In 2013, they became President/CEO at GxPReady! and in the same year, they founded Sebald Consulting, where they serve as Principal Consultant.

Vince Sebald attended Revelle College, University of California, San Diego from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a BSEE in Control Systems. Vince also attended UC San Diego and UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering, though no additional information about their attendance is provided.
