Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles, particularly in the fields of nutrition and organic products. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana has also been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
