Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a nutritionist in a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and academic instruction as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
