Patrick Githens has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in operations and imaging services. Starting in 2003 at Insight Imaging as a Regional Director, they managed multiple outpatient imaging centers. Moving on to DMS Health Technologies in 2006 as Regional Vice President, they focused on business growth and customer service, managing mobile radiology units and fixed sites. In 2013, they became the Director of Radiology at Casa Colina, overseeing various imaging modalities. Transitioning to Avanti Hospitals, LLC in 2015, they held roles such as System Director of Imaging and Biomedical Services, Associate Administrator/COO, and eventually as Chief Operating Officer at Memorial Hospital of Gardena. Currently, at HALO Diagnostics since 2020, they serve as Senior Director of Operations, leading business operations across multiple healthcare facilities and driving growth initiatives.

Patrick Githens completed their high school education at Sunny Hills High School from 1979 to 1983. Patrick then went on to Cypress College where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Radiologic Science from 1986 to 1988. Patrick later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Biola University from 1993 to 1997. Patrick continued their education at Biola University, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Patrick also holds certifications from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (R)) and the State of California (CRT).
