Peter Shrair is a seasoned attorney specializing in business, banking, and commercial real estate law. Currently serving as a partner at Halloran Sage since July 2021, Peter previously held the position of Managing Principal and Attorney at Cooley Shrair from June 1986 to July 2021. Peter earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law, completing the latter in 1986. Additionally, Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, obtained in 1983.
