John Howell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government contracts law, construction law, national security and defense procurement law, export controls, and commercial contracting. Since April 2012, John Howell has served as a Partner at Halloran Sage, contributing to a broad range of legal matters. Prior positions include Counsel at Jackson Kelly PLLC (2011 - 2012) and Partner roles at Sullivan & Worcester LLP (2008 - 2011) and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (2005 - 2008). John Howell holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University, and a Master of Laws in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation from The George Washington University.
