Marvin Li is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Amazon since April 2024, Marvin focuses on building innovative learning experiences. Prior to Amazon, Marvin co-founded and operated Apollo 350, mentoring a distributed team while providing staff augmentation to top publishers. Significant contributions were made as a Principal Engineer at TelevisaUnivision, where Marvin led the development of a high-traffic GraphQL API. Earlier roles included staff engineering at CNBC, senior engineering management at LinkedIn, and executive positions at Conde Nast and VEVO, where foundational work was done in video technology. Marvin began a career in web development at Wind-up Records and gained recognition for civic education websites created during time at the University of Pennsylvania, where a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science Engineering was earned.
