Martti Silvennoinen serves as Chairman of the Board at Silta Valmennus since March 2011 and holds several key advisory and leadership positions including Vice Chairman of the Board at Valo-Valmennusyhdistys ry, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board at Pirkanmaan Musiikkiopisto, and Chairman of the Advisory Board at Meidän Musiikki kamarimusiikkifestivaali. Additionally, Martti Silvennoinen is a Board Member at Suomen Strategisen johtamisen Seura and Vice Chairman of the Board at Sorin Sirkus ry. Involved with Hallituspartnerit since 2010 as Partner and has been a Member of the Adviser Board at Tampereen Komediateatteri since January 2008, as well as a Board Member at Pyynikin kesäteatterisäätiö. Martti Silvennoinen earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampere, completing studies in 2018.
