Ian Houston concentrates his practice in the defense of hospitals, medical and dental professionals and other healthcare providers against claims of professional negligence. In addition to working on civil litigation matters involving healthcare professionals, a large part of Ian’s practice involves representing professionals before their respective licensing boards. Ian has handled matters before the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, Nevada State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, Nevada State Board of Nursing, Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners and the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators. Ian has also successfully represented corporate clients in matters related to applications for licenses upon change in ownership.
