Jason Fowler is an experienced professional in parking operations, currently serving as General Manager at HALL Group since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing all parking operations at Hall Arts in the Arts District of Downtown Dallas. Previously, Jason held various roles at Hall Arts Garages since June 2009 and served as General Manager at Metropolitan Parking from April 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Jason worked as Operations Manager and Accounts Manager at American Parking from June 2009 to April 2016, managing day-to-day operations for over 700 accounts. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Ouachita Baptist University, having graduated in 2013.
