Collin Walke is a Partner at Hall Estill, leading the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice since September 2022, providing legal and regulatory advice on data privacy and cyber insurance audits. Prior experience includes serving as a State Representative for Oklahoma, where Collin authored the country’s first "opt-in" data privacy bill and participated in various committees. Collin also managed data privacy legal counsel at Select Legal Services, represented healthcare entities at Rubenstein & Pitts, and advised on ride-sharing policies at Mulinix Ogden Hall & Ludlum. Educational background includes a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from Oklahoma State University, complemented by completion of the Harvard Business Analytics Program.
